Co-directed 5 student team in creating archival room recordings of concert featuring Terence Blanchard, the E-Collective, and the Turtle Island String Quartet & the sculptural/lighting/video work of Andrew Scott. The concert also incorporated the work of Prof. Scott’s team of UT Dallas students/staff/faculty in collaboration with Kansas State students under direction of Prof. Matthew Gaynor.

Offered in conjunction with the Kansas State University exhibition Gordon Parks: Homeward to the Prairie I Come, the concert was developed in reflection on Parks’s work as a seminal American photographer.

Also participated in construction and installation process of the 12-ft camera-inspired sculptural piece featured in show and now exhibited prominently in the Edith O’Donnell Arts and Technology Building at UT Dallas.
